Itinerary: we are going to sail in the Venetian Lagoon .
Through the Giudecca Canal, St Nicholaus Canal and to coast along the Lido. We are going to stop in St Mark’s Basin and to moor in order to get off
and have a pleasant walk from Riva Sette Martiri to St Mark’s Square with the most beautiful buildings of the city of Venice.
Disembarkation in Venice: after the New Year’s Eve dinner , at 23.30 we are going to moor along Riva Sette Martiri for the walk to St Mark’s Square and join

The price includes: navigation, dinner on board and live music on board.
The price doesn’t include: charter navigation and everything not mentioned in the programme.
The boat has a winter capacity of 200 passengers in the heated saloon. In spite of this we fix a limit of 96 passengers in order to give a better quality and to offer more place for dancing. The boat will be completely heated and is equipped by 2 toilets, sun deck and board restaurant. The wardrobe service will be on the top floor and this will be windowed and heated. Our boats are equipped by sun deck, windowed saloon with tables and seats, toilets and coffee bar.
Tables takes maximum 6 people each, if you’ll need/require a different table configuration, you can ask for a quotation.
For groups with less than 6 people tables will be shared.

Conditions: Event will be confirmed only when minimum 60 People participants confirmed.
Motorboat: Motorboat has a warmed large open-space party saloon; male/women toilettes, warmed panoramic terrace and fully equipped kitchen where dinner will be cooked.
All courses will be served at the table by the staff waiters.

RESERVATION TERM: Confirmations must be received before 16.12.2022 and only per e mail with the payment receipt attached. Booking acceptance is subject to availability. Confirmation will be made only per e mail. A few days before the event, you will receive the voucher, to show to the embarkation staff. The organizer can cancel the event without compensation, in case of it you will return the amount paid. This is going to happen in case of: failure on reaching the minimum of participants (60 people), revocation of navigation permit from the port authority, weather, technical and structural reasons, facts exceptional or due to force majeure;
Navigation can be changed at the discretion of the captain due to special environmental conditions, structural or safety.
Cancellation Policy: 50% penalty for cancellations received from confirmation day to 15 days before the departure event date; 75% penalty for cancellations received from 14 days to 7 days before the departure event date; 100% penalty for cancellations received after 7 days before the departure event date
Booking: Booking is only accepted on payment of the deposit.
Payment must be done by bank transfer or credit card to San Marco Events&Tours or Delta Tour.
Acceptance of the reservation is subjected to the availability of places and is considered to be confirmed with payment of the total amount.
Places on board are not numbered. No animals are allowed on board. Transport of baggage aren’t allowed except for small ones, such as handbags. The company will not be responsible for personal objects left on board and during stops.
Revocations: if a motor ship cannot leave the port because of technical reasons such as break-downs, exceptional water level conditions in the rivers or in any case for causes of force majeure beyond human control, the company is entitled to
revoke the reservations, offering to provide the service at a later date to be decided by common agreement, or the company will reimburse the cost of the excursion to the guests.
All disputes shall be decided by the National and International Court of Arbitration of Venice
Changes: the captain may at any time and by his own judgement change the chosen itinerary as imposed by unforeseen environmental conditions or situations which may arise during the navigation.
Guarantees: All passengers embarked on the motor ship are insured against all travel risks in accordance with the law.
Alterations: in captain’s unobjectionable judgment the excursions can undergo some alterations because of particular environment conditions or circumstances that happen during the cruise.
