VILLA BEMBO

Dating back to 1418, this villa seems to be the oldest along the Riviera del Brenta. It was owned by the Bembo Family, a rich powerful Venetian family; Pietro Bembo , philosopher and writer is the most illustrious person of this family.
He lived here from 1509 to 1519, nicely entertained by Lucrezia Borgia!
The Villa is a private property and is not open to the public.
